• Exclusive in-licensing of innovative pharmaceutical products:
- within our existing core therapeutic areas.
- CNS & Oncology products
- Preferably end-phase III or already launched products.
- Co-marketing of “blockbusters” and high-potential prescription products within our core therapeutic areas.
Generics
• National and International supply of high-volume generics.
• These items must comply with Brazilian legislation (bioequivalence studies performed against the reference product in the Brazilian market).
The Territory
• The territory for the deal shall be Brazil.
• We would also like to propose product rights for other countries in Latin America.
Product or Price Lists
• At Medley, we do not work with a product list or a price list for our export business. As regulations widely vary from country to country, we usually analyze case-by-case.
• Please kindly submit your "wish-list" and we will return as soon as possible with a regulatory feasibility analysis, as well as with a price proposal.
